Monbazillac is traditionally served as an aperitif with some appetizers made with foie gras or prosciutto or blue type of cheese (Roquefort, Gorgonzola...). It can also be enjoyed during a meal with poultry or at dessert (apricot tatin pie, poached pears and strawberries salad.). It is produced and bottled 100% by Chateau KALIAN.
