The SRV Blanc de Blanc is a true labor of love, as we complete each step in the process by hand—from bottling & tirage to hand-riddling & disgorging to adding the dosage & final cork, cage & foil. Our winemaker, Katell Griaud, brings her Bordeaux University training and years of experience to lead the SRV team through it all.
