19 SRV Steel Chardonnay

Elegant and balanced, we harvested our 2019 Chardonnay with an acidic structure in mind, aiming to produce a crisp, clean wine.  For this year's vintage, we produced an all steel tank Chardonnay that presents a pure expression of the Chardonnay fruit: crisp, zingy and refreshing.  It brings to mind a French Chablis: sharp green apple, lime, lemon, unripe pear and mouth watering acidity.  It almost feels like it's vibrating with energy.
