2023 Steel Chardonnay

Elegant and balanced, we harvested our 2023 Chardonnay with an acidic structure in mind, aiming to produce a crisp, clean wine. This wine brings to mind a French Chablis. Citrus and green apple persist, lime blossom, bright acidity, subtle flintiness.
