2022 Petit Manseng

This is our second time working with Petit Manseng, a white grape grown primarily in Southwest France. Although we do not grow it here at Slater Run Vineyards, it is showing great promise in Virginia vineyards for its ability to achieve considerable ripeness while retaining great acidity. The oak age rounds out the acidity, while blending the two varieties creates a full-bodied white wine with complex, exotic aromatics and rich texture.
